If you wish to hire from us, you must fill in the form below and include at least 1 trading reference (someone who you regularly do business with as a customer).

  • This is not an application for credit as we are strictly COD by Credit Card or EFTPOS
  • This is not a booking form for rental and submitting this form does not guarantee approval to hire or availability of equipment
  • All equipment rentals are subject to approval by Gameday Hire

Applications without at least one trading reference listed will not be processed. References from family members are not accepted. Please allow two business days for this form to be processed. For more info on the rental process, see our Info page.
